My review
Why I recommend it.
Eric Ries codified the principles of lean manufacturing for startups. The Build-Measure-Learn loop and MVP concept have become foundational for modern product development.
Some of its ideas have been oversimplified over time. I still recommend the book for its basic argument: test the riskiest assumption before investing heavily in the solution.
